The Problem

Today retail investors in India struggle with investing in high-quality commercial real estate for the following reasons:

āŒ Limited access & transparency

Access to institutional-quality assets has so far remained limited to the ultra-wealthy enabling them to multiply their wealth while ordinary investors can only read about it - we are trying to bridge this gap now.

āŒ Large capital requirement

One of the major entry barriers for retail investors to participate in alternative investments like commercial real estate has been the very large ticket size for such assets making them unaffordable for the ordinary. While the price of the whole asset can go north of millions of USD even if one wishes to participate fractionally via private asset management funds minimum capital requirements are usually around ~ USD 125K - we aim to bring this ticket size down ~ 100 USD and lower to eliminate this barrier for retail investors.

āŒ Illiquid nature of the asset Alternate investments, especially real estate are inherently illiquid assets due to the nature of transactions and size. Even institutional investors and builders face critical liquidity issues with their assets. This issue becomes another entry barrier for retail investors who often have uncertain liquidity requirements - we are reinventing the way these assets are owned and traded and making liquid with our platform for all.

The Solution

We precisely solve these 3 problems by offering retail investors the opportunity to invest in institutional-quality, rent-yielding commercial real estate by buying small and tradeable digital tokens that we link to real-world assets. We also facilitate the resale and trade of tokens by creating a secondary marketplace thus providing liquidity to the retail investors. Read more details on in the next section.
