Step 1: Begin by downloading the RAW Wealth application from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Visit rawwealth.in to access the necessary download links.

Step 2: Enhance your understanding of real estate and tokenization by exploring the 'Learn' tab within the app. This section is designed to provide comprehensive insights and educational content, preparing you for acquiring real asset tokens.

Step 3: Identify potential properties by navigating to the 'Explore' tab. Here, a curated list of properties available for tokenization is displayed. Conduct thorough research and select a property that suits your preferences.

Step 4: After selecting a property, delve into its specifics. The app offers detailed information including financial aspects, legal documentation, location details, and photographs of the property.

Step 5: To proceed with your acquisition, click on 'Buy RAWShares'. This action will take you to the transaction interface.

Step 6A: If you are a first-time user, you'll need to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) process and set up your profile. Approval of these elements is essential to advance.

Step 6B: Once approved, proceed to finalize your transaction. After completion, you will successfully own real asset tokens.

Step 7: You may choose to share this milestone with friends and family, informing them about your acquisition of real estate tokens.

Step 8: When your property starts generating rental income, simply tap 'Claim Rent' in the app to begin receiving earnings from your tokens.

Step 9: Monitor your Real Estate Tokens by tapping the portfolio icon on the top bar of the app. This feature enables you to check the current value of your real estate assets, track property appreciation, and explore further opportunities for acquiring more tokens.
